Chorleywood Lawn Tennis Club is a thriving, friendly club in Hertfordshire with a growing coaching programme for both juniors and adults. Due to continued expansion, we're looking for an enthusiastic LTA Accredited Level 2 (or above) Coach to join our team.
What you'll receive:
• Guaranteed minimum of 5 hours of weekly group coaching
• Regular primary school coaching opportunities
• Paid school holiday camps
• Opportunities to grow your diary with private lessons, additional group sessions and club events
• Mentoring and support from our Head Coach, with opportunities to develop your coaching career
• A welcoming club atmosphere with excellent facilities and an engaged membership
For the right person, there is genuine scope to build this into a 10–20+ hour per week coaching role as our programme continues to expand.
We're looking for someone who is:
• LTA Accredited (Level 2 or above)
• Friendly, energetic and passionate about tennis
• Reliable, professional and organised
• Confident coaching both juniors and adults
• Motivated to help grow participation and create an enjoyable experience for every player

Chorleywood Lawn Tennis Club is a welcoming and ambitious community tennis club in Hertfordshire, offering six floodlit hard courts, a modern clubhouse and a thriving programme for players of all ages and abilities.
Our coaching programme continues to grow year on year, with over 100 juniors attending weekly sessions alongside a busy adult programme including beginners, improvers, team training, Cardio Tennis, social tennis, holiday camps and school outreach. We pride ourselves on creating an inclusive, friendly environment where everyone feels welcome, whether they're picking up a racket for the first time or competing regularly.

We're looking for a coach who is:
• LTA Accredited Level 2 or above
• Energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about tennis
• Friendly, approachable and able to build great relationships with players of all ages
• Confident using modern, player-centred coaching techniques
• Creative and engaging, bringing fun and energy to every session
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
• Passionate about developing players and growing participation
• Keen to learn, develop and contribute to a positive coaching team
• Available to coach evenings, weekends, school programmes and holiday camps
• Equally enthusiastic about coaching every player, regardless of age or ability, from toddlers taking their first steps on court to older adults enjoying tennis later in life
• Comfortable and confident coaching a wide range of ages (approximately 2–72+ years) and abilities, from complete beginners through to performance players, adapting sessions to suit every individual
