The Lexus British Open Roehampton 2026 tournament saw Wang Ziying clinch the women's wheelchair singles title, while Tokito Oda won the men's wheelchair competition. The quads tournament was won by Guy Sasson.

The women's wheelchair doubles was won by Wang Ziying and Li Xiaohui, after Diede de Groot and Aniek Van Koot were forced to withdraw ahead of the final due to injury. In the men's wheelchair doubles Brits Alife Hewett and Gordon Reid retained their title. Over in the Quad Doubles, Niels Vink and Guy Sasson also retained their title.

In the 2026 Juniors competition, the girls' event was won by American Janae Preston, and the boys' event was won by sixth seed Michael Antonius.

The boys' doubles title went to German duo Jamie Mackenzie and Vincent Reisach, and the girls' doubles was won by Czech duo Jana Kovackova and Katerina Zajickova.
