This is an outdoor short tennis session for seniors. Those with Dementia are warmly welcomed but this class is open to all. Carers are also welcome to participate in the class but they must book on as a participant. There is a short warm up which can be done seated or standing and then a very relaxed class where players can drop in and out of the activities as they wish and sit and chat when they are not playing. We use mini-rackets and slower red balls. There is a toilet and cafe on-site. If the class needs to be cancelled, all participants will be contacted using the mobile provided.
