This is an adult’s session for players over the age of 18. All equipment can be provided but may need to be shared. The course will be delivered by Helen. Improvers coaching courses are a great way to keep playing tennis and start to sharpen your skills. By the end of the course, you will be all set to consistently serve accurately, have rallies and win points. These skills give the foundation to then continue playing tennis on a regular basis, whether in a social or competitive environment.
