Our Adult coaching sessions follow a progressive path of learning and playing. As a beginner you'll be shown the basics, and as you improve, we'll modify the sessions accordingly. Our goal is to provide you with a solid foundation in the game of Tennis. After which, a player can confidently move on to a more progressive club setting.
