To check if your workforce’s pre-requisites are up to date select the ‘Team information’ section from within the venue registration platform. In here you will find your Welfare team and On-court Team. The status of your workforce will be flagged as either ‘compliant’ or ‘Non-compliant’. If any of your workforce are non-compliant you will be able to see which aspect they are non-compliant on and need to take action in order to become compliant.
