Rusty Rackets (Improver Level to Intermediate Level)

This session is ideal for those who are able to rally well but still want to improve their technique, work on their tactics and hit lots of balls each week under the watchful eye of the full time coaches . Each week the coaching staff will pick a stroke, and along with some tactical input look to provide tips to make the shot better.

Over the winter period (26/27), the 7pm and 8pm sessions have been merged so if you were part of the 8pm sessions feel free to book on. If you are a beginner, you might be better to wait for one of our Tennis Xpress courses which you can book now and will be running in 2027.

During each session we will set up drills that can be done across different levels, and the coaching staff will match up players to ensure everyone gets a good workout and have a fantastic time.
