Adult Mixed Ability Class (Monday)

For the complete beginner through to the more experienced player. The head coach will teach a variety of tennis techniques comprising of the forehand, backhand, volley and the serve. The coach will not only get you to a good playing level to be confident to hit with individuals outside of the coaching environment but they will refine your playing skills and get the player thinking more about structuring the points and how to expose their opponent and work game strategies in competitive points.

The session will comprise of 45/60 mins of coaching followed by approximately 30 mins of social hitting time or a chance to play some competitive points should you wish. A racket will be supplied should you need.
