This intermediate course is the next step up from Tennis Xpress. It is ideal for players who understand the basics and can maintain a short rally but would like to develop greater consistency, confidence and control.
Sessions will focus on improving groundstrokes, serving, returning and net play, alongside learning how to construct points and use simple tactics. Each session will include a mixture of coaching, drills and match play.
